Gary Briscoe is the head instructor and owner of Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Academy of South Bend. Gary began his martial arts training in 2002. In 2003 he started studying Jiu-Jitsu with Ben Eaton. In 2010, Ben re-located to Yorktown and asked Gary to continue running the South Bend Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu affiliate school. RJJA of South Bend continues to thrive under Gary’s leadership, and in 2016 Gary received his Black Belt from Professor Ben Eaton.

Memberships are $125 per month for unlimited classes. No contracts required!
Yes! No one is born a black belt. We welcome beginners!
We provide jiu-jitsu classes for adults. Typically we admit students 16 and up if they are mentally and physically prepared.
MMA? BOXING? NO-GI?
We focus on gi jiu-jitsu. We do offer no-gi training from time to time. Please check our schedule for details.
